Elkhorn
After the deaths of his wife and mother, young and physically frail Theodore Roosevelt leaves New York for the untamed Dakota Badlands.
Guided by his lumberjack mentor Bill Sewall and cowboy partner William Merrifield Theodore Roosevelt struggles to build Elkhorn Ranch while facing barroom bullies, rustlers, and a grizzly bear. Over time, he earns respect, forms deep friendships, and proves himself a capable cowboy. But the frontier remains dangerous: rival Marquis de Morés and a shadowy Chicago cattle baron threaten the town and his ranch, forcing Roosevelt into questionable alliances. Through triumph and loss, he begins to forge the courage and leadership that will define the Cowboy President.
